Looking at the log it’s not clear why the restoration stopped.
But it looks like your site maybe stuck in maintenance mode?
If so there is a guide here on how to take your site out of that mode:

Sorry for the delay.
What this means is UpdraftPlus needs disk space to create the backup files.
If your site is bigger than 35MB then you will run out of space and UpdraftPlus will not be able to create all the backup files.
For this to be resolved you will need to contact your host and ask can they increase your stoarge space.

I don’t want your backup files just the latest restore log.
So the files that look like log.fd26eff63f7c.txt
The newest version of them.

Could you upload a copy of your restoration log?
This can be found in your wp-content/updraft folder
The contents will be to long to post here, but you can use a service like Dropbox or pastebin and share the link.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict e.g another plugin is loading their css over ours.
Could you try to disable one plugin at a time and check if it resolves the issue.

What version of UpdraftPlus are you on?
If you want to connect a new Dropbox account and the deauth link isn’t working for you, then you can do one of the following:
Use the link above the deauth link:
“After you have saved your settings (by clicking ‘Save Changes’ below), then come back here once and click this link to complete authentication with Dropbox.”
This should then take you through the auth process
Or you can use the wipe settings option in the advanced tab

If you want to setup a custom Google Drive app e.g one where you enter your own project ID, client ID and secret then follow the guide here:

Note: the part about adding a line to your wp-config.php file
If you don’t want to do that then you can use our Google Drive app which is a lot easier all you have to do is select Google Drive, save and then follow the link that pops up.

https://updraftplus.com/support/using-updraftplus-google-drive-app/If you have already setup one of the above methods and you need an access token then the easiest way to get it is to click the link:
“(You appear to be already authenticated, though you can authenticate again to refresh your access if you’ve had a problem).”
That is found under the Google Drive section in your UpdraftPlus settings.

Glad to hear that has been resolved.
The above define “UPDRAFTPLUS_IPV4_ONLY” only works for Google Drive and Cloud, I’ll add a task in our system to bring this into Dropbox also.
But for future reference or if you need to use any of the other constants you would add them to your wp-config.php file like this:
define(‘UPDRAFTPLUS_IPV4_ONLY’, true);

Sorry for the delay.
This error looks as if a firewall or a misconfigured server is the issue here.
The CURL call looks like it is trying to use IPV6 and failing, I would contact your host and ask them if IPV6 is available and if not to disable it so that the CURL calls made use IPV4.
