Doing a backup should not affect / change anything on your site.
Did you mean a restoration? if so could you please attach your restoration log file here via a service like pastebin as the contents will be to large to post here.
If you didn’t do a restoration and your theme has gone, can you install the theme again either via the WordPress store or if it’s a custom theme upload it again via FTP.

Hi Tom,
Could you post the full backup log via a service like pastebin as the contents will be to large to post here.
But looking at the first error message it would seem that the storage space on your server is full.
You may have old local backups stored that are taking up your space.
Or your site maybe larger than what your storage space allows e.g UpdraftPlus needs to create the backup files locally before it can send them to remote storage.
So you may need to contact your hosts and ask can they increase your storage limit.
Once thats resolved could you try another backup and see if it works.

Sorry for the delay.
The screenshot you attempted to post is not a URL to an image and the link you provided gives a 404 error page.
On your login page could you open the developer console

And then provide a screenshot of any errors here.
There maybe a plugin conflict preventing Keyy from loading the code it needs to display the login code.

Your plugins do not need to be activated in order to be backed up.
UpdraftPlus will backup your entire plugins folder this includes non activated and active plugins.

Sorry for the delay.
So you select Google Drive and then click the save settings button at the bottom of the page, this should cause the pop up to appear with the link.
If you have already saved your settings you may have missed this link, but it can be found in the two following places:
The first place is at the top of your UpdraftPlus settings page under the “UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore” title the link looks like this:
“UpdraftPlus notice: Follow this link to authorize access to your Google Drive account (you will not be able to back up to Google Drive without it).”
The second place you will find this link is on the same page but under the Google Drive settings, this link looks like this:
“After you have saved your settings (by clicking ‘Save Changes’ below), then come back here once and click this link to complete authentication with Google Drive.”

Since UpdraftPlus 1.13.6 we have our own Google Drive app which makes the process of connecting Google Dive to your site easy, just save your settings and follow the link that pops up on screen.
If you prefer to use your own app then instructions for that are here:

In that guide there is a part that says to add the following line to your wp-config.php:
define(‘UPDRAFTPLUS_CUSTOM_GOOGLEDRIVE_APP’, true);
By adding this it will display the redirect URL and the other input fields for your client id etc.

Hi,
I’ve had a look at your log file and can see that you actually have two Google Drive instances (e.g two sets of settings) the first one appears to be authorised correctly, the second one is not authorised.
This means that UpdraftPlus backs up to the first instance correctly but then fails on the second.
Are you a premium member? (Multiple remote storage destinations of the same type is a premium feature) if you are can you check your Google Drive settings area there should be two sets of Google Drive options, use the “Delete these settings” button on the set of options that are not authorised.
You can see which one is authorised as it should display your account name and provide you with a de-auth link.
If you’re not a premium member could you go to the advanced settings tab and then use the wipe settings feature.
Then connect your Google Drive account again and try a backup.
