Hello @sonjamae,
I apologize for the delay.
Please take a look at this plugin, which seems to offer the functionality you’re looking for: https://github.com/Really-Simple-Plugins/complianz-gdpr-autocheck. It enables your preferred settings by default. You’ll just need to modify the
autocheck.jsfile to achieve your desired outcome, then create a minified version of the file and zip everything together again. Once done, you can install it like any other .zip plugin. If you have some issues during the process, please don’t hesitate to write us.
I apologize once more for the delay, I hope this helps!Hello @ythhj ,
I’m glad we are making progress. After checking the site’s console, I noticed that the Simplero service is showing the following message: “simpleroCookieConsent is undefined, setting cookie anyway.” You can see it in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/teU-ggjE5CWA.
It seems that the Simplero plugin is setting a cookie, likely because we are blocking its original consent update. I suggest trying to block this specific URL: “https://assets0.simplero.com/simplero.js?410e54d2a689687f59519f4e9496f037.” If that doesn’t work, you might want to reach out to them, as this behavior seems to be related to their plugin’s logic.
Hello @jvkonfi ,
Thank you for reaching out.
This is a known issue for cart and checkout in WooCommerce. In this case the proven workaround is to disable the WooCommerce integration in Complianz by going to Integrations > Plugins.
Keep me posted.Hello @delanthear ,
Thank you for reaching out.
The fix for the issue with Forminator is currently in its final stages as we are speaking. It should be coming in the next versions. For the moment, I suggest to disable the Forminator integration in Complianz by going to Integrations > Plugins.
Hope it helps.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cross domain cookie problemHello @baksteendegeweldige ,
As already confirmed through the ticketing system, this interaction is not possible due to the fact that the sites are standalone, each having its own domain and not being part of the same WordPress installation. This would only be possible if all the sites were under a single domain and WordPress installation, such as in a multisite environment.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Banner not visibleHello @elo8617 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
I checked your site on multiple browsers, including Edge, and everything appears correctly each time. I suggest clearing your browser’s cache.
Regarding the Instagram feed, Instagram is not pushing any cookies whether consent is given or not. Please take a look at this screenshot when cookies are granted: https://prnt.sc/doPABe3kckdj and this one where they are denied: https://prnt.sc/oC95ivKDBXfH.
If you’d like to block Instagram before consent is given, consider using the “Block a script, iframe, or plugin” feature in Integrations > Script Center.
Here’s the guide, check step 3: https://complianz.io/integrating-plugins/Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Accessible problem on cookies popupHello @aarcos ,
Thank you for reaching out. I’ll forward this to our developers for evaluation. We appreciate your valuable feedback!
Hello @ythhj ,
Thank you for reaching out.
That’s unfortunate to hear. To block a specific service not recognized by Complianz you can use the “Block a script, iframe or plugin” feature inside Integrations > Script Center.
Here’s the guide, check the step 3: https://complianz.io/integrating-plugins/
Try blocking these URLs: “https://assets0.simplero.com/simplero.js” and “https://majaallen.simplero.com/page/250198.js“
Looking forward to hearing you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] PIXEL MANAGER + COMPLIANZHello @schero86 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
In this case, selecting either of these two options won’t make much difference as the Google script will be integrated and injected by WooCommerce instead of Complianz, regardless of whether the end user gives consent or not, the scripts will be fired. This approach is not GDPR-compliant.
The “Statistics” section in Complianz is designed to inject GA or GTM (depending on your choice). After selecting an option, it will prompt you to insert the ID under “Statistics Configuration.”
I recommend using Complianz to handle everything, as our plugin ensures GDPR compliance by loading scripts only after consent is given.
If you prefer to continue with WooCommerce, you can select “Yes, but not with any of the above services” inside the Statistics section. However, you will need to troubleshoot how to block specific cookies and scripts for WooCommerce through our Script Center ( see step 3 to learn how to use the script center): Complianz Plugin Integration Guide.
For the compliant and easier option, I suggest following our guide on Google Consent Mode v2. If you don’t need Consent Mode v2, you can simply configure Tag Manager in Complianz’s Statistics configuration.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @mwguerra ,
Thank you for reaching out.We are aware of the issue and are actively looking into it. We’re currently evaluating the next steps to resolve it.
Wishing you a great week ahead!Hello @m1st3rpc ,
Thank you for reaching out.I have checked https://www.tramoykanytrio.com and it seems that Complianz is no longer installed. As you mentioned, this error could be due to a conflict with another plugin. Could you please send us the list of your plugins? If you have any cache plugins or similar, try disabling them to see if they are causing the error with Complianz.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @shubhamw3nuts ,
Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to inform you that our plugin does not provide public APIs for these purposes. The APIs we use in Complianz are only for communication between Complianz/WordPress and the admin panel, which is built in React.
I hope it helpsHello @dleigh ,

Hello @jasminekay ,
Complianz performs a daily scan, so if it’s not picking up Pinterest, it might be due to your WordPress installation. However, please note that Complianz provides a Cookie Policy with comprehensive cookie descriptions supplied by cookiedatabase.org. We connect to this open-source database using an external API, which sends the results of the cookie scan (a list of found cookies, used plugins, and your domain) to cookiedatabase.org. This is done to provide a user an accurate description and to keep them up-to-date regularly. If the specific Pinterest cookie is not picked up automatically, you can manually sync it. Simply click on “Sync service with cookiedatabase.org” on the manually inserted cookie and then click the sync button on the page. This will ensure the cookie is synced and available for future scans, both for you and other users.
