You may find these useful to integrate with it:
WP Admin -> s2Member -> Tracking
WP Admin -> s2Member -> NotificationsI hope that helps. 🙂
Great! Thanks for the update. I’m glad you sorted it out. 🙂
My pleasure. Let me know if you need help again. 🙂
Well, s2Member only handles one subscription at a time, so two simultaneously wouldn’t be possible. :/
I think I understood, but it’s not in s2Member by default, you’d still need to customize your setup.
You could, instead of protecting the whole page with a ccap for the user, protect only part of the page with a conditional. That way part of the page would be visible to others, I guess. How you’d change that based on the user’s action, would require figuring out.
You could post the job in a freelancers site like oDesk, Freelancer or Rent-a-Coder.
@throwstones, okay. So in a clean installation of WordPress with just s2Member, you can reproduce the problem?
I’m not sure if it’s related, but you could try this fix that is coming in the next release, for a problem we found recently: https://github.com/WebSharks/s2Member/issues/144#issuecomment-43287686
Let me know how it goes.
You can find them here for the framework: http://wordpress.org/plugins/s2member/developers/
Or your account page over at the s2Member site: http://www.s2member.com/account/
How did the troubleshooting actions go? http://www.s2member.com/kb/common-troubleshooting-tips/
Cool.
Maybe this video helps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0jOq2MRTVQ
Maybe with this constant: WP Admin -> s2Member -> Scripting -> PHP Constants -> S2MEMBER_CURRENT_USER_SUBSCR_GATEWAY
You can’t really use that in s2If conditional normally, though, unless you do it in an expression in the new “php” attribute(you need s2Member Pro). WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restrictions -> Shortcode Conditionals
I hope that helps. 🙂
Have you seen this article? http://www.s2member.com/kb/paypal-pro-payflow-dprp-express-checkout/
Could you verify that you have all that in order?
Have you contacted PayPal about it to verify you have all the services needed?
Please see this post by Jason, and the following replies in that issue: https://github.com/WebSharks/s2Member/issues/144#issuecomment-43287686
I hope that helps. 🙂
Ah, I see. I’m glad you narrowed it down. I hope you can resolve it soon. Let us know how it goes. 🙂
Since it seems unrelated to s2Member, I’ll mark the thread as solved (as an s2Member issue), but I can change it back if you find it’s needed.
Are other WP emails going out? (e.g. New User email, the one with the username and password after registration.)
Please enable logging: WP Admin -> s2Member -> Log Files
Verify your Authorize.Net integration is complete and correct. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Auth.Net Options
If you haven’t yet, could you please do these? http://www.s2member.com/kb/common-troubleshooting-tips/
Nope, no idea… Maybe the account got corrupted by something in your installation? I don’t know.
But if you have it happen again, try to reproduce it, that helps find what’s behind it. These also help: http://www.s2member.com/kb/common-troubleshooting-tips/
Thanks for the update. I’m glad you sorted it out. Let us know if you have trouble again. 🙂
