In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] AJAX Call issueHello again.
We apologize if we haven’t noticed a ticket from you, so we’re writing here, just in case.
When you access the database, access the wp_options table and search for “amelia_setting” in the option_name column. That will return one result, that you need to edit.
In the JSON content of the option_value column, you’ll see this:
“ssl”:{“enable”:false,”key”:null,”cert”:null,”ca”:null}
Can you please try adding the data that you need in there?
Let us know if that helps.

This will be passed onto our management. Thank you for your suggestion. At the moment, I cannot provide you with the ETA on this.
Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, that is currently not possible with Amelia’s built-in features. The only option is for the default date range to be one week long.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

As mentioned in the previous comment, we would be able to send you the fix if you were to open a pre-purchase ticket through this link.
We need you to try out the fix we would send before applying it in our next update.
Thank you in advance!

Hello there.
Please note that Online Payments are not available in Amelia Lite, and that this forum allows us to only provide support for Amelia Lite – the commercial version (Amelia Full) can’t be supported here, so please open a ticket on our official support platform, and our agents will gladly help you there.
Kind regards.
Hello there.
First, we sincerely apologize for the late response!
With the Lite version of Amelia, this is not possible.
With the Full version of Amelia, you’d gain access to Special Days and Days Off features. With those, you would have two approaches:
- To remove all Work Hours from the employee’s profile, and define Special Days until September 1st. After those Special Days end, no bookings will be available.
- To configure your employee’s Work Hours regularly, but add Days Off that will block all dates from September 1st onward.
Kind regards.
Hello there.

In Settings/Roles/Admin, there’s a single slider “Allow admin to book appointment at any time” – this option is affecting the Calendar as well, since as an admin you can book from 00:00 – 24:00, that’s what it will display.
All you need to do is disable this option, and the Calendar will show the employees’ working hours. Please note, though, that if it’s disabled, an admin won’t be able to book appointments outside of employees’ working hours.
Hi @duan_d, thank you for your inquiry,
In the settings there is no default, ‘out-of-the-box’ way to do so. The workaround that comes to my mind is to configure long time slots and services, e.g. 3-4 hours in duration, and enable the setting ‘Use the service duration for booking a time slot’, so that only 3 time slots would appear during the booking process.
You can then also try custom JS or custom CSS to override the labels that appear there, but in general this way you’d be able to achieve what you are looking for. Please let us know if we can help with anything else,
Thank you!
Hello there.

We’re sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not yet possible.
With the lite version, you only have a single employee, but with the full version, you will be able to create multiple employees. Maybe with the full version, you could create two services (with two durations), assign two different employees to those services, and then add a URL parameter, that will filter the employee and show a specific service, with a specific duration.
Kind regards.
