In reply to: [Amazon Associates Link Builder] Geotargeting + cache = bugDear @aelthen,
We don’t use javascript for this country decision for showing ads so whitelisting that won’t help.
Just see if in your cache-plugin:- You can whitelist the shortcode
- Enable something like country-specific cache
Please let us know if any of above is possible.
But, if any of above doesn’t work you will have to disable cache for posts using the AmazonAssociatesLinkBuilder plugin.
Dear @geekhutblog,
There is no way to bypass this as of now. To expedite the process you can open a GitHub issue mentioning that these ads are part of your content and ad-blocking is distorting your whole website. You can also mention the GitHub commit which has blocked the ads.
Dear @daviddoatbb,
We will surely assist you. Please try out the following and see if anyone of them resolves your issue
1. Update to latest plugin version(currently 1.7.0).
2. Try in an incognito window with all browser plugins disabled
3. Clean your browser cache and see if that resolves the issue
4. Disable all plugins except AmazonAssociatesLinkBuilder on your system in a fresh WordPress installation with your Avada child theme installed. If that helps, then start enabling your plugins one by one and see which one is creating the issueIf any of above doesn’t help, please share the following details:
1. Can you share the page on which you have added ProductLinks using the plugin(even if not visible but added) as we are not able to find any such page?
2. List of all plugins installed on your system
3. Is there any type of ad-blocking plugin used by you?
4. Which specific child theme of Avada are you using? You can also share the above details at link-builder@amazon.com

In reply to: [Amazon Associates Link Builder] aalb_basics.css blocks rendering pageDear @superninchen,
Thanks for letting this know. We have added this to our list and will add this in a future release.
Dear Users,
The issue that you are facing is because AdBlockPlus & Adblock’s filtering list named EasyList has added all the CSS & JS of the plugin into their blocking list in Mid-May, 2018. You can check this by disabling AdBlocker and everything will work fine.
In order to make your website work with Adblocker, you can request Ad-Blocker to remove ‘.aalb-pa-ad-unit, amazon-associates-link- & ProductAd’ from their filtering list. You can report this to their forum or raise an issue on their GitHub stating that these are part of your content.
In case you are still facing issue after disabling the ad-blocking plugin, please feel free to reopen this thread.

May you please provide following details so that we can debug the issue:
1. List of plugins installed on your system

3. Does the issue occur on all browsers or only a specific browser?
4. PHP error logs
5. Operating System version(OS version).
6. Web Server used(Apache, nginx or IIS)
7. Browser console log error (if any) generated at the time of the error. Steps to get the console logs:- Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference.
- Hit the Save button and check the console log errors
Send us the console log as it is. The easiest way is if you can send us a screenshot of the complete console log error list.

In reply to: [Amazon Associates Link Builder] MarketPlace Dropdown ListDear @triund,
The issue is due to blocked call to fetch marketplace details from “webservices.amazon.com”. This may be due to restriction by your Hosting provider or your Firewall settings. Please check the same and change accordingly.
