Please click on ‘Add a Marketplace’ Link on the Settings page and add at least one marketplace and corresponding tracking ids in order to use the plugin. You can get the tracking-ids from the respective Associate Central website of your country/marketplace.

In case the ‘Add a Marketplace’ button is not visible, please disable any adblocking plugin like AdBlock or AdblockPlus and everything will work fine.

In case you are still facing issue after disabling the ad-blocking plugin, please feel free to reopen this thread.

You can absolutely sign up to any country that offers the Amazon Associates program (check each program for requirements). We currently support the Associates Central portal in the default language of that country. For Brazil, the default language is Portuguese. You can always use tools like “google translate” to view the portal in your preferred language. In order to create more tracking IDs, use the manage tracking Ids option under account settings.

The plugin uses Product Advertising API(PA-API) to render the content. The plugin maintains a caching with an expiry time of 30 minutes for every shortcode. But if there are multiple shortcodes on a page or your multiple pages are hit at the same time for which responses is not cached, you might be throttled by PA-API depending upon your allowed request count per second.

In order to reduce such scenarios, you can place fewer shortcodes in a single post and use multi-product templates like ProductGrid & ProductCarousel that support up to 10 products in one ad.

We depend on the Product Advertising API to show results and it returns only 10 products for a search phrase. We cannot do anything about that. From our end, we have taken a request to show 10 products instead of 9 in one search.

In case you want to see more products you can click on “Check more search results on Amazon” in the pop-up and add ASINS from there manually into your shortcode.

P.S.: One shortcode can’t render more than 10 products so if you add 12 products in one shortcode, your request will be failed by Product Advertising API and nothing will be shown.

Please update to latest plugin version first and if that doesn’t solve the issue, please answer the following to help us to debug the issue:

1. Browser version on which you are facing the issue.
2. Does the issue occur on all browsers or only a specific browser?
3. PHP version (You can use plugins like display PHP version that display your PHP version on the WordPress dashboard)
4. WordPress version
5. PHP error logs
6. List of plugins installed on your system
7. Operating System version(OS version).
8. Browser console log error (if any) generated at the time of the error. Steps to get the console logs:

• Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference.
• Hit the Save button and check the console log errors

Send us the screenshot of console log as it is by sharing them using any 3rd party image sharing tool.

• How did you manage to clear cache between each of multiple countries?

1. Are you using any caching plugin? If yes, can you please disable that for the specific post or page on which geo-targeted ad is present and then check again the results.
