The plugin can only show 10 products as of now from a single shortcode and if you try to add more than that in a single shortcode it will not show any products. The same is true for all the templates whether it’s default or custom. The limitation of 10 products is on the end of ItemLookup API of Amazon Product Advertising API which is used by the plugin.

Sincere apologies for the trouble faced by you. Please try out the following:
- Using your access key & secret key credentials, please check if you can get results from ItemSearchAPI on Product Advertising API scratch(PA-API) pad. (Don’t forget to set the marketplace at the top to the one you are registered as an associate.).
- If above gives an error message, follow the troubleshooting procedure link in the error message shown on PA-API scratch-pad.
Do share your results and feel free to reach out to us if you are not able to follow anything and we will be happy to help you.

1. We can see that in your shortcode everywhere opening single quote has been replaced to closing single quote, which will create issue during rendering. May you please correct that as this will create an issue in rendering.
2. Secondly, as we can check we do show errors in the preview for invalid ASINS. May you please attach a few screenshots of the same so that we can understand the problem better. Dear @taastrup,
Our single product has a height of 290 px in ProductGrid. This is adding space in your website. If you want to change that, you can create a custom template by cloning ProductGrid and change the height on line no. 52(in v1.4.10) in the CSS file.

As we can see that in your shortcode ‘ has been replaced to ’ which will create issue during rendering. Please check if your custom editor or any other plugin is converting this. Secondly, we do show errors in the preview for invalid ASINS. May you please specify following details to debug the issue:
