May you please provide following details to debug the issue:
1. As you stated that “i have changed my default wp-content upload folder into media”.
Does it mean that you have changed ‘uploads’ folder name to ‘media’?
2. As you stated that”it shows image path as wp-content/uploads not media.”
What does ‘it’ means in above?

We have a fix ready in development version named ‘v1.4.10RC1’. We need you to verify this fix before we make it part of next public release. Please follow below steps to install ‘v1.4.10RC1’
Steps to Install:
1. Install WP Rollback plugin in your WordPress and activate the same.
2. Go to the ‘Plugins > Installed Plugins’ section. You will find a Rollback button below ‘Amazon Associates Link Builder’. Click on that.
3. A new window will open, select 1.4.10RC1 from the list and click on Rollback. It will also ask you to Activate the plugin. Please do that.Now you have ‘v1.4.10RC1’ installed on your WordPress. In the ‘Plugins–>Installed Plugins’, you should see version as ‘1.4.10RC1’ below ‘Amazon Associates Link Builder’

We have rolled back to 1.4.8 and are debugging the issue. Please rollback to the previous version using WP-Rollback plugin for easy transition.

Use plugin like “Display PHP Version” that shows both WP & PHP version on Dashboard.2. WordPress version: 5.1.1.1(It does not seem to be right.):
Use above plugin or click on WordPress icon on top left and click About WordPress.org to know WP version5. OS version on which issue is being faced:

Install the plugin like “WP Log Viewer” and tell if any errors are introduced when you go to your theme’s customize page. Please make sure that you do all changes as the plugin “WP Log Viewer” says and see whether anything is getting reported in logs or not.8. Browser console log errors:
Before clicking to go to your Customize theme page, right-click and select “Inspect” in Chrome browser. Then select console. Now go to your theme’s customize page and see if any errors are added to console.Hi @buronc,

Let’s answer one by one:
- AWS.ExceededMaximumParameterValues: This error is shown when there are more than 10 products in the single shortcode and currently ItemSearch API(this API is used to render ad from shortcode) can’t return the result for more than 10 products in one request so it throws an exception and no product is loaded on your page. This might be a reason for the drop in traffic. So to avoid this scenario, do not add more than 10 products in single shortcode
- You are submitting requests too quickly: This is due to throttling and details about the allowed request count per second is mentioned here.
- Caching:Plugin maintains a caching of 30 minutes for every ad. So for a specific ad on a page, only for the first rendering in every 30 minutes, a call is made from your server to Product Advertising API server
