7. WordPress version
8. Are you using multiple editors in your setup? If yes, which plugin are you using for that so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our end?

We will surely assist you. Please answer the following questions to help us to understand your problem:

• Did you select products for all the six marketplaces from the pop-up? As you need to select at least one product from every marketplace for which tab is present/created in pop-up.
• If you have done above, please try out again in an incognito window in Google Chrome or Firefox and try again and let us know the results.

If that also doesn’t work, please share the following details:
1. Console log errors. Browser console log error at the time of loading the page & also on hitting the search button. Steps to get console logs:

• Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference
• Hit the Search button and check the console log errors
• Send the console logs as it is. It’s better if you can send screenshot of complete console log errors.

The plugin uses Product Advertising API to get links and this API has throttling limit. More details here. So if there are more than one shortcode on your page you might have been throttled which lead to non-display of Ad. Either add one shortcode per post or wait for your allowed limit to increase by driving more sales.

May you please specify in detail that what problem are you facing due to this error on your console? Are you not able to add any marketplace or what?

Please try out the following:

1. Go to visual mode of default WordPress editor(TinyMCE).
2. Select a word from the text and hit the Search button.
3. Select any product and click on Add SHortcode.

Also, please update to the latest plugin version(v1.5.3) released yesterday and try out Geo-targeted links” that enable Amazon Associates to create content customized for and better monetize their international traffic. More details here.
