Can you provide your email so we can discuss on an email thread, this is because we need to know your account details or payment intent details to check which may be sensitive information for a forum.

Hi Jenny,

Thanks for providing access, we have checked and found the possible issue. It seems like you have installed a plugin called Speed Optimizer that is blocking the rendering if the JS files.

To fix can you add
https://checkout.airwallex.com/assets/elements.bundle.min.js

under “Exclude from Deferral of Render-blocking JS”. You can find this under Speed Optimiser > Frontend > Javascript Tab > Exclude from Deferral of Render blocking JS

We have tried reproducing the issue on both 1.5.1 and the latest version and we are unable to reproduce it. Can you provide some details and screenshots with regards to the error you are facing? It will be really useful if you can provide
1. Website
2. Version you are using
