the vendors can’t add an iFrame in store description. However, you can enable this with a snippet of code in functions.php of your theme. We wrote a post about that in our Help Center, read it here please.

I’m sorry but seems that this issue isn’t related to our plugin. The YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin haven’t any kind of import/export feature.
