Please, excuse us for the long time on this request but we’re in a particular period. Some developers are currently on vacation and we can try to reply to all customer in a short time.
We’ll send a new version of this plugin at least on Monday. This new version solve this issue.
If you want to solve it now, please download this file and replace it in wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-advanced-product-options/includes/.Let me know if works, please.

In this way the translation will be availabel for all greek users!

the issue is related to the category loaded in ajax (like you wrote).
It’s very hard to understand the cause of the issue and probably is related to your theme.Is this a feature added by your theme? Is your theme FREE? If yes, tell it to me and I’ll try to make a tests

I’m sorry but I think it’s not a good solution.If you send to me a copy of your website here this all people could be download and use it and it’s not good for safety reason.
A different idea is to create a copy of your website online, in example you can search for a FREE hosting domain. In this way I can see the page where you have the issue without any copy of your website or credentials.
This is a better solution.
