    Hmm, I just deleted /public_html/wp-content/plugins/comet-cache/src/.htaccess.bak and the update worked.

    Hi David,
    The Developers tab (https://wordpress.org/plugins/portfolio-slideshow/developers/) has previous versions.

    You download the zip file, and then in WordPress you click to add a plugin, and then upload the zip.

    So far, one person says 1.11.0 works, and one person says it does not. Because of my bad experience with 1.10, I’m going to stay with 1.5.1 until more data comes in. 🙂 Sorry, I just don’t wanna break things again.

    Hi,
    Open is a good word. The only thing I’d recommend changing is this sentence in Settings:

    “Open tag in a shortcode. Voting can be repeated by each user.”

    Instead, maybe you could say:

    “Open tag in a shortcode. Users can modify their vote.”

    Hi,

    I have no doubt that I can monkey with the database. I was hoping the plugin would handle that.

    My suggestion is that users should be able to change their vote. For example, they voted “Hillary Clinton.” The next day, they visit the forum again, and say, “what was I thinking?” and they click the radio button for “Ben Carson,” which effectively changes their vote. (I.E., the plugin changes their vote in the database.)
