In reply to: [Custom Contact Forms] A serious vulnerability in the Custom Contact FormsMy Custom Contact Forms disappeared on 3 websites, and also a new User appeared on all 3 sites, named “wp-admin” with ID #666 and email test@yourdomain.com
I recommend removing this plugin and switching to something else.

In reply to: [Custom Contact Forms] Forms on site disappeared with WP 4.0 updateForms disappeared for me on three sites as well. Check the posts about a security vulnerability. I looked in Users and found that a new User had appeared, named “wp-admin” with ID #666 and email test@yourdomain.com
I recommend removing this plugin and switching to something else.

In reply to: [Custom Contact Forms] Forms Disappeared, Please HelpI have the same problem. Custom Contact Forms have disappeared off three different websites, and the forms are not listed in the Admin page.
I’m not sure when this problem first occurred. I’m running WP 4.0 and Custom Contact Forms versions 5.1.0.4 and 5.1.0.5.
What are you saying about “security vulnerability”?
Thanks

In reply to: [Online Backup for WordPress] IMPORTANT – Fix to "unknown error"I’m still getting the error as well.
I’ve had the same problem since June on all 3 of our websites. They’re usually good at answering in this forum, so will wait for now…
I just converted my custom widgets to regular HTML widgets and deactivated this plugin.

In reply to: [XML Sitemap Generator for Google] Problem after updateSince updating to 4.0.1 from 3.4, I’m getting that same strange content in the sitemap.xml file. Also, I would like to force notify the search engines, but can’t find that option.
I use Quick Cache.
Thanks.
Online backups worked for all 3 of our websites today, so I’m changing this topic to “resolved.” If there are any other problems, please start a new forum topic.
Thanks!
PaulHi toggerybob,
I don’t know of any way to get the plugin to notify you if a backup fails.
I’ve been just periodically checking the activity log through the dashboard.
Maybe they’ll add failure notifications in the future. 🙂
Regards,
PaulHi toggerybob,

In reply to: [WP Online Store] updatesThank you very much for looking into it.

In reply to: [WP Online Store] updatesYes, the plugin works with WP 3.8.
What’s needed is an update that works with PHP version 5.4. (Customer gets an error message in the final stage of checkout.)
Hi Emlovesjewelry,
One possibility…
Your web-host could have made some change to minimize repeated denial-of-service attacks.
I think you need to contact your web-host, and they’ll be able to tell you what’s going on.
