Just wanted to let you know we’ve released a new membership plugin called Paid Member Subscriptions, which integrates and is fully compatible with Profile Builder.
It allows you to accept PayPal member payments, create membership levels and restrict content on your website. Using it with Profile Builder will do all the things you mentioned above.

I’ve double checked and in the latest version of Profile Builder the text domain should be replaced everywhere by ‘profile-builder’ instead of ‘profilebuilder’.
Can you please let me know what version of the plugin are you using, or if you have any addons active by any chance?

You can do that by creating dynamic menus based on logged in status.
Here you can find a tutorial and a plugin to download, which can help you achieve this.Let me know if you need more help.
Custom user fields can be added starting with Hobbyist version.
In order to display the same field info from admin in the edit profile, you need to go to Manage Fields -> Add new field, and give it the same meta name as the one from admin (e.g. ‘skype’) and make sure you check “Overwrite existing” from the field options.
This way the new field will recognize and display the same meta value as the one from admin.

No, but you can use Profile Builder in conjunction with any Social Login plugin. Basically PB will take care of the register and edit profile part, and for login you can use the Social Login plugin.
We’re currently working on implementing a Social Login add-on for Profile Builder as well, but it’s 3-4 weeks away.
