@danicasati you can still use the “Generate pages for existing users” button and if all the other users already have pages, it will generate just the one you accidentally deleted. It won’t duplicate the others.
Hope this helps.
Have a look at TranslatePress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/translatepress-multilingual/. It’s built by the same company :).
Hi Lukasz,
Yes, edge cases. WordPress websites have tens of plugins interacting with each other. It’s not a controlled environment, like a SaaS. Therefore sometimes things break.
My colleagues reached out to see if there’s anything specific you need help with and what issues you’re facing, but never heard back from you. If you’re not willing to receive help, there’s not a lot we can do at this point.
I get that you’re frustrated, but trashing a plugin without offering constructive feedback is a disservice to its users.
P.S. I’ve written down your suggestion on having an option to delete all translations and we’ll discuss it internally in our next development meeting.
Hi Lukasz,
Sorry you feel this way. Since you purchased the premium version I looked at our internal support system and saw that all your support tickets have been answered and you were given helpful advice every time.
Since you’re using TranslatePress on more than 10 websites in different setups, sometimes edge cases may occur. One example was the ticket you submitted where the fix was updating Yoast to the latest version. Either way, we’re happy to help moving forward if you can be more specific about what’s not working. And yes, since we don’t have access to your setup there are certain debug steps we need to follow.
Also, unlike this review, your tickets were always using a polite and respectful language. If we can stick to that moving forward we’re happy to help.
Hi,
Paid Member Subscriptions and Elementor are fully integrated, so you don’t even need to use the content restriction shortcodes, you can restrict Elementor widgets and section directly from the visual interface.
The Content Restriction options for Elementor can be found under the Advanced tab, after you select a widget or section.
Please have a look here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/integration-with-other-plugins/elementor/#Elementor_Content_Restriction
What happened is you probably placed the restriction shortcodes in the wrong place, but you should be able to restrict Elementor content easily directly from the Elementor’s visual interface.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Den,
My colleague has refunded your renewal payment a few hours after receiving your request. I have checked in our support system and all your tickets have been answered each time. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
The product you purchased is an yearly subscription, which is stated on our website and checkout as well: “Price options are billed yearly, auto renewed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time.” Also, the product name on the final checkout page is “TranslatePress Business – Yearly”. You were charged for the renewal because you didn’t cancel the subscription.
I’m sorry about the misunderstanding and wish you the best of luck with your project.

Thanks a lot for your review and feedback. We’ll do our best to improve support response times.
Thank you for your review and feedback!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed review. It really means a lot to us!
It’s just awesome to hear you had such a great experience with TranslatePress.
Appreciate your feedback and listing the things that can be improved. Most of your recommendations are already on our todo list (as other users requested them as well), so hopefully we’ll work on them soon.
All the best,
AdrianDear Paulien,
Thank you for your kind words and patience to work with us in solving this. What you’re describing shouldn’t happen.
Would you be able to open a support ticket on the forums or write us an email at hello[at]translatepress.com? (whatever suits you best)
According to wp.org guidelines we’re not supposed to offer support under the Reviews area.
Best regards,
Hi,
Really sorry you had a bad experience with our plugin.
Did you try opening a support ticket with more details about what you were trying to achieve but couldn’t? I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “It doesn’t seem the plugin allows for hyperlinks or even a slight adjustment to a page in the other language. You can’t switch pages or posts between languages.”
Were you looking to create pages with different content and looks for each language?
Leaving a negative review is not the best way to get help. Giving the plugin a failing grade should normally be reserved for plugins with weak support, unresolved bugs, security issues, or not following WordPress standards. Which is not the case for TranslatePress.
Happy to work together via our support channel to get to the bottom if this.
Best regards,
Hello,
What you’re describing shouldn’t happen. TranslatePress is fully compatible with Elementor.
If something doesn’t work as expected it is prioritized and fixed as soon as possible.
