Wow it is showing now. I went in and clicked on each slider that may have reset it. Probably a plugin conflict with another slider that is in use on the multisite from iThemes. Thank you problem solved. I updated the “other plugin”. That may have been why the slider quit showing in the mobile view.

It does work well with single sites, although it will take some time to implement. I always implement on a dev site before using on a live site. I believe the issue with MS is to NOT
network activate. And if you are needing to work on the site you may need to activate and reactivate the plugin for changes to occur. Unfortunately all caching plugins do not play nicely with itheme backup buddy or many other backup plugin solutions.
Did you try to ftp the plugin out. Also check the htacess there will be something in there also. You will need to go through each file to see were things were installed. I am sure the developer may be able to tell you where to look.

There was a security issue that the developer has fixed. http://blog.sucuri.net/2013/05/w3-total-cache-and-wp-super-cache-vulnerability-being-targeted-in-the-wild.htmlThis is a very talented developer and unfortunately this caching issue is very tricky at best and also depends on your server and if you are using some type of cloud proxy service.

So you are saying if i unzip the back up files I can see the wp_x_options tables, and wp_users and wp_usermeta? From there I do not know how you would go about replacing the files.

All of the individual users on the sub sites have disappeared. Users no longer appear in site admin dashboard. I replaced a site with a back up copy i amde using itheme backup buddy. The users reappeared in the MAIN user dashboard but not on the individual site where they belong. I am very new at all this and have no technical abilities, can you help?

Seems the plugin is still being developed, so I contacted the author to notify about the changes.
