Thank you for fixing it! It now loads on the first access.
Cemal
Thank you for the clarification. This requires careful evaluation and planning of the use of similar plugins.
Thanks,
Cemal
@kokkieh, thank you for confirming and identifying the problem. And, it DOES happen with Chrome as well:

Interestingly, if I use my MS Surface Pro 6 this does not happen. At least, others who may experience the same and worry may find the answer here. Maybe, Calypso music needs to be samba!

Firefox is the latest version, I am on Windows 10 with all the updates applied. I thought I tried it on other browsers but I am not sure. I will try tomorrow morning and report. As I said, this is mainly FYI, refreshing the screen is not a bother for me. I will update tomorrow again.

I placed the GMap script in the header and the error block I reported above disappeared. I will be glad to arrange a short period for you to log in to our site and see it as it happens, if it happens. We have recently acquired the Plus version too and it is installed. Please advise.
Thank you,
Cemal
I am writing for two reasons. First, to provide what appears to be a related trouble ticket:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/nextgen-error-after-last-update/Anything to do with my problem?
Second, if I view the console errors, there is a block that has several lines that refer to NextGEN Gallery plugin folders. After that block, I will also share what I found that may be related but I have no idea how or why. Here is the block from the console view:

Yes, @gabyimagely, all the plugins are up to date. The site is functioning now because I installed the plugin I mentioned. If we can set a time, I can show the non-functional view. I am not asserting that it is a NextGEN problem but asking if there are any related issues to jQuery changes somewhere. The theme developer says there are no issues there. Maybe it is in the WordPress core. These are above my pay grade to know!
Cemal
@richtabor, thank you. But, I have found another one that works.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Square tile galleries show square images@ravanh, the problem indeed was related to JetPack. I reported it in detail to them.
Cemal
I posted it on GitHub
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/16940Add or correct as needed. I added links to the screen captures, not a video capture.
Thanks again,
Cemal
Phew! I am glad I stayed the course. And, I will report it to GitHub. Will a video like the one you made above showing the square tile links opening square images be of help?
Tanks for staying with me,
Cemal
Please! We have been talking about square tiled galleries and you are demonstrating on a tiled gallery. It will be great to see a similar demo on one of the square or circular galleries, please.
Cemal
So, it does not create the links? I am really confused. There is currently no lightbox enabled including the Carousel. Is it not reasonable to expect that a click on an image link will open the linked content?
Try it.
Do you consider seeing a square image where the actual image in the tiled gallery is not square normal?
Thanks,
Cemal
@macmanx you said:
If you’re using anything other than Carousel, we have absolutely no control over what happens to the images when they are clicked.
Why are you skipping the part where I said right-clicking and viewing the “link” in a new tab produces the same result. Does that need to be taken as “using an overlay plugin?”
This is not a real problem for me, I don’t use square tiled galleries. I reported it mainly because I believed it was a bug in JetPack. The link does not appear to be to the full image. But I will leave it to the JetPack team whether they consider this a bug or not.
Thanks,
Cemal
