@macmanx I don’t have that enabled at all. But, I have not tried disabling the individual features of JetPack. I do know that disabling JetPack plugin allows NextGEN work, display galleries, add NextGEN blocks. I use a small number of JP features altogether.
Any other feature you want me to try to disable? I will be glad to try disabling them if they are enabled.
Thank you,
Cemal
@gabyimagely, I have just reported the problem with a reference to this thread and gave your name.
Thank you,
Cemal
Yes, I disabled JetPack on my staging site and NextGEN block appeared in the block editor as expected. Should I report this to JetPack support? I will try to get the previous version of JetPack and install it. Also thanks to @jorensanbar for pointing us in the right direction.
Thanks,
Cemal
But, my site is not on WordPress.com, it is a self-hosted site. The same problem happens on a staging site I have, again, self hosted. So, this is a different problem from the one you implied in the answer.

The problem is actually worse than I first thought. Not only can I not add galleries using the block editor, but many inserted galleries now appears as a one-line text:
We cannot display this gallery.
This is one of the problems of heavily relying on some resources. When they fail, everything falls apart.
I hope there will be a solution VERY SOON.
If I edit the post, switch to the classic editor, recheck NGG, update the post, the gallery returns. Switching back to the block editor produces the same error box, sometimes it converts the block as a classic block!

Without pro or plus version in my case. It is possible that NGG is having this problem because of some core WP or other plugins, even the themes in use but everything else seems to be behaving as expected.

In reply to: fixed image scroll in cover blockI would like to add that I too like the idea of having the capability to fix some background images but it seems to be browser dependent. On a test site, I have one or two of them. The Cover block background does not stay fixed in Firefox but it works as expected in MS Edge or Chrome. Another block with fixed background created by using Advanced WordPress Backgrounds plugin works in both browsers. I thought I found a fix, but, alas! If you want to see:

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache - WordPress Cache Plugin] CloudFlare purge everything?I looked around and asked the question on the CloudFlare Community forum. In short order, I got an answer that was comforting. A user replied https://tinyurl.com/y4avygjn and said the Always On feature is different and separate from the regular caching and recently CloudFlare started to use the Internet Archive pages as part of that feature.
I am back on enabling WP Fastest Cache!

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache - WordPress Cache Plugin] CloudFlare purge everything?OK. Is there a way that single post cache purge be implemented at the WP CF end? In the meantime, I will enable WP FC again and disconnect it from CloudFlare. Until a solution can be found, I will purge CF single post when I edit and change a post on the site.

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache - WordPress Cache Plugin] CloudFlare purge everything?Oh, that’s good to know. Do I need to purge the CloudFlare cache in its entirety? If I edit a post, the site-based cache will be deleted but CloudFlare copy will remain. When that page is requested, which copy will be served, WP FC or CF copy?
I was under the impression that CloudFlare integration was necessary. I will disconnect and see what happens.
Thank you,
Cemal

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache - WordPress Cache Plugin] CloudFlare purge everything?I have currently disabled WP FC and the premium until I hear from you and see if I want to continue deleting my site’s CloudFlare cached once a week or more.
Thanks,

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache - WordPress Cache Plugin] CloudFlare purge everything?Oh, I had no idea! That is a concern. Will you consider adding a feature to disable that by individually deleting changed files if that is possible, at least in the premium version? Because until CloudFlare updates its entire cache of the site, the Always On feature will not function.
