In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Easy Digital Downloads v3 and AboveHi @johnnyjohnboy, I am curious what version of the plugin are you using? Also, could you provide warnings/errors on your end?
Thanks for sharing references here and for bringing this to our attention. I’d also share this with our team. This is really helpful.
Best,
AbzHi @excaliburst, thanks for confirming. Sorry to hear about this.
Could you confirm that you enabled the Show attendees list on the event page for the Public Attendee List? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/public-attendee-list/
Also, please note that if the user opts out of being displayed on the Who’s Attending/Attendee List, they will be displayed as anonymous in the Who’s Attending block.

The Public Attendee list is only available with the Plus version of the plugin. We’d like to learn more about this.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Stripe API and webhook bugHi @marietruchot92, no worries. I want to learn more about this. I haven’t encountered Obambu hosting. I am interested if there are any warning/error logs you can share with me for me to pinpoint the issue.
Also, by any chance, could you try it on another hosting provider? See if that makes a difference.
Best,
AbzHi @doodoole, no worries, glad to help you out.
Yes, you’d have to change the function’s return there since it returns an empty array. It is just an example, up to you how you customize it further.
The page is loading slow, customized or out of the box template, now when I look at it, might have something to do with having to check through woocommerce for tickets quantity. I deleted all the orders in woocommerce, and it loads in about 3-6 seconds. Not really the thing I would like to do from time to time, but might be the solution.
🤔 Interesting. I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?
1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar/Tickets Plugins.
2. Switching to the Default theme. Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Featured image in RSVP emailHi @janet4now, yikes. It would also be great if you could reach out to someone who can or a developer for this customization. However, I’d check with our team if there is any other workaround.
I’d get back to you as soon as I hear from the team.
Hang in there,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] iCal Add to Calendar issueHi @tkapenga, as far as I know, we do not have that filter — not entirely sure, but I’d cross-check with the team if we do have any or a workaround for this.
Hang in there.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] A hook after creating an eventHi @rolandasza, I wonder if you could try not using
die()and adding priority onadd_actione.g.add_action( 'tribe_aggregator_after_insert_post', 'myfunction', 100);— see if that makes a difference.Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event Image Box TextHi @3shadesofblue, good catch. I wonder if your date-time format is set correctly.
See the article here to learn more:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/setting-dates-and-times/Also, could you provide a screenshot of the setting on your end? I’d check if there is something unexpected there.
Let me know if that helps.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The Russian version has untranslated textHi @arskrigitsioniets, we’ve fixed this on our newer releases, specifically on version 6.0.4, I could see that your site still uses 6.1.1 — it is a known issue not having to translate these views “List”, “Day” and “Month”.
Try to resync the translations with Loco Translate. To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] How to see only the past events of the single categoryHi @giorgioaldeghi, that’s a good question. We do not have an endpoint or URL just for the past Events in the category. However, you should be able to view it via this parameter
?eventDisplay=past, in your case https://joininitaly.com/eventi/categoria/outdoor-join-in/elenco/?eventDisplay=past.We appreciate the kind words here.
Let me know if that helps.
Best,
AbzHi @andykeith, that’s a good catch, and thanks for sharing more information here. I have already reached out to our Devs, and we will investigate further.
Just curious could you also share the entire syntax on this thread? I’d also like to confirm something regarding the second checker on your example here.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events that already exist cannot being updatedThanks for notifying the thread here @jordh, and yes, @mymakao, we’re still working on this one.
Again, apologies for the inconvenience. For now, I’d recommend rolling back to the last working version 6.0.3.x of the plugin. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/accessing-older-plugin-versions/#Installing_past_plugin_versions
Hang in there,
