Hi @tangohel, that’s correct
eventsandeventslug are reserved for single and archive pages. It would be good to assign another slug for the Events if you’re using them for another page/post, as it may cause some issues.Thanks for bringing this to our attention regarding PageLayer incompatibility. This is a known issue with other page builder plugins or themes as well — we still have Partial Support for FSE themes.
Rest assured that this is already on the works and on our radar.

That being said, I suspect that this is related to the Venue issue that’s causing some issues not allowing users not to edit or save. This is a known issue → Cannot update event that has a venue assigned.
We’re still working on this, and we’d update everyone whenever we release a fix for it. For now, please continue using Chrome for the Admin dashboard and updating Events. I already added your case to the existing bug ticket.

On another note regarding the Recurring Date glitches, this is related to another issue that we’re working on and we’re aware of. I also added your case to it → Events revert to current or swapped date after save (classic editor)
Could you try the following workaround and see if that makes a difference?
- Go to Events → Settings → Display and change the Compact Date Format to the default option (2022-01-15).
- Use the block editor for editing events.

I could only solve this by deactivating the month view under representations, i.e. setting it to list view.
Sorry to hear about this. That’s correct, not satisfactory — as we are still working on this issue.
@boompronto17 @tatummatlock for now, the only workaround is to disable object caching on your website or downgrade to v5.
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
We’d get back to you on this thread whenever there are updates regarding this issue.

It is not possible to do this with our plugin, and we do not have this option or a function (filter/hook) available to do that.
I encourage and recommend you to add it as a feature request at this link: https://evnt.is/ideas. This would help us track users needing this feature.
Nevertheless, I am unable to provide you with an exact date for when this feature will be available or if it is possible. Our development team considers certain factors before implementing one, like if a feature request has enough votes.

Hi @tcooper2820. We’ve had a couple of issues with v6.0.6.1 which caused themes not to work correctly. We’ve released a fix for that in v6.0.6.2. Kindly update and see if that fixes the issue.

Also, to answer the question, this is not possible with our plugin. However, our shortcodes have options for different attributes and parameters.
