Hi @anahitipoint,
Glad to hear that you were able to fix the issue, and thanks for sharing your code here!
Feel free to create a new thread if you have other questions.
Cheers!
Hi @woocommclan,
In most cases, when you find that an error occurs when a certain plugin is activated, the affected plugin’s author checks the issue further to determine the cause and how it can be solved.
In this case, if you were able to single out the plugin causing the issue, the ideal outcome would be for the plugin author to check the issue closely and then try to solve it. If this did not happen, I would suggest:
* Checking whether you can use an alternative payment plugin that has similar features.
* Seeking assistance from a developer to check further – you can try the WooCommerce Customizations Partners.Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Email Restricted CouponsHi @tumkplaza2021,
However my website has two very important payment methods that occur before that paying stage because at the checkout the payment methods are only for reporting the payment and the coupon is taken out “after” the checkout when you press done, this ould mean that customers will pay less than they ‘should’.
Thanks for sharing this info, it adds lots of context to the issue here.
If possible, could you inform us about these two payment methods that take payment prior to the user getting to the checkout page?
Chances are that you’ll want to get in touch with the authors of these payment methods to have a provision for applying coupon codes before receiving payment from the user. Normally, this happens on the cart and checkout pages.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot access the Home/setup wizardHi @901tap,
Thanks for sharing the video with us.
Could you kindly check for PHP error logs in other locations explained in this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/#section-2?
* I suspect that you’re running out of some server resources, this test will help us determine which ones.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error *Please choose product options by visitingHi @jamesefi,
Checking your linked product, I did not see an “Add to Quote” button. Thus, I presume that you’ve removed this functionality for now.
I recommend checking with the authors of the plugin that you were using to add that functionality for assistance with the error.
* Just to mention, we have a plugin for requesting quotes – https://woocommerce.com/products/request-a-quote-plugin-for-woocommerce/
Hope this helps.
Thanks.Hi @gentle2309,
You can use a translation plugin like Loco Translate to change the text in that section. However, I’d first recommend that you do 2 checks:
* If you have a caching plugin, kindly purge all cache from it and clear your browser cache memory then check if the issue persists.
* Do a small test to confirm whether this only happens with your current theme. This will entail changing to another theme, preferably the default WP Twenty Twenty-One theme. *You may want to do this on a test/staging site or using the Health Check plugin if you’d prefer not to make any changes on your current site. We’ve explained these options in our conflict testing guide.
If you find that the issue is with your theme, you’ll want to use the Loco Translate it. Here’s a guide on using the Loco Translate plugin and note that Step 4 will change to your current theme if you identify that the affected section is coming from it.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Split variations into multiple single productsHi @jy313,
We have the Products By Attributes & Variations for WooCommerce extension for making variations into individual simple products. You’ll get more info in the documentation, but please feel free to create a presales ticket with us if you have any questions.
Searching around, I was not able to find third-party plugins that are free. However, you could have some luck searching further for a free option or code by asking on the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack.Hope this helps.
