I have added products and pictures and done most of the set up but cannot access this page?

This site can’t be reached

Hi,

can you please try to disable W3 Total Cache and WP Encryption and check if the issue is still there?

Also if you have JetPack enabled sometimes it can trigger that error.

Just tried disabling the 2 plug-ins, with no luck resolving the issue.

Also, jetpack is not enabled…

Hi @901tap,

Just to check: Are you seeing any errors in your error log at WooCommerce > Status > Logs? Are there any errors in the console tab of your browser tools?

You can also temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and switch to one of the default themes like Storefront and check again. If the page works, then turn theme plus each plugin back on, checking after each. When it stops working, you’ll know where the conflict is.

Could you kindly check for PHP error logs in other locations explained in this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/#section-2?

* I suspect that you’re running out of some server resources, this test will help us determine which ones.
