The error suggests that this has something to do with your theme – Blocksy.
Just to check, is the same error still thrown when you’ve switched to the Twenty Twenty-One theme and you’ve disabled all plugins apart from WooCommerce? Here’s the conflict test guide for reference – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
* If yes, could you share with us your System Status while still in this basic configuration (only WooCommerce active + Twenty Twenty-One theme)? You can grab the System Status from WooCommerce → Status.

The total sales counter is not coming from WooCommerce. It could be coming from your theme, one of your plugins, or some custom code on your site.

I did make some edits to pages yesterday but did not touch the WooCommerce settings or update any plugins.
To see if there’s a connection, could you kindly share more info about these changes? Perhaps, did the changes touch on post IDs?
Just to add, some plugins that offer the functionality of ordering posts/orders sequentially can cause such modifications in the numbers. To get a better view of your setup, is it possible to share with us your System Status from WooCommerce → Status?

You’ll first want to check whether WooCommerce is generating the order emails. For this, I recommend installing the WP Mail Logging plugin then create a test order.
* If the logs show that WooCommerce is generating emails but the emails are not sent, you’ll want to check if you have the right “From” email address in WooCommerce > Settings >Emails. If it’s correct, check with your host if there are any issues on the email server. Lastly, I would recommend using an SMTP plugin to handle the sending of emails. We have some recommendations here.

Normally, on most themes, the sale price is shown and the regular price is struck out.
Just to check, when you disable the WC Variations Radio Buttons plugin, are the regular prices struck out with the sale prices displayed normally?
* If yes, then I would recommend getting assistance from the plugin authors (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wc-variations-radio-buttons/) or a developer to modify the price display. For assistance with custom code modifications, I recommend consulting with the WooCommerce Customizations Partners.
* In case disabling the WC Variations Radio Buttons plugin does not lead to the desired price display in your variations, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Testing with Kadence on my test site, I see that if you save it on the customizer, the changes are effected on WooCommerce → Emails. Similarly, if you change the email subject text in WooCommerce and save it, the change will be effected on the Customizer → WooCommerce Emails.
Thus, on my side, the two keep overwriting based on the one that was most recently saved.
I changed the subject in Kadence (Customizer → WooCommerce Emails → Email Type and Text)
