Normally, when you change your store currency in WooCommerce → Settings → Currency options, then customers will be charged in that currency (all charges, including taxes).
However, it seems that you’d want to display prices in USD but charge in CAD. In such a case, I would suggest the following plugin that converts prices for display purposes but charges will still be your defined WooCommerce currency – https://woocommerce.com/products/currency-converter-widget/
Just to add, if you’d want to allow customers to be charged in the currency they select, kindly check:

You could use a plugin that can restrict category access by passwords. With this, you should be able to create a specific category for the customer and share with them a password to access it.
I’ve found this third-party plugin advertising such a functionality – https://barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-protected-categories/.

You can add these types of product badges using plugins such as:

Just to check, to be sure we’re not missing out on anything, generally, is it that the word “Subtotal” is wrong or has a different meaning when directly translated?
If you’d like to suggest changes to the Subtotal text, here’s how to suggest it to the Russian language team:
1. Go to https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/woocommerce/stable/ru/default/
2. Click filter and in the Term field, write for “subtotal” and click apply filters

Normally, if the user adds an item already in the cart, there’s no error message displayed by WooCommerce. However, I’m aware that some tools (plugins/themes) add such notifications or error messages.
To find out which tool is adding this, kindly do a conflict test. The essence of doing this is not because you have a conflict, but rather to narrow down to the tool adding this cart error message.
* If the above test does not find the culprit, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Yes, normally, when you update an order’s status to Completed, the customer should receive an email. You can modify this from WooCommerce → Setting → Email → Completed Order.
