A few days ago my plugin stopped working correctly.
The popup only shows up on pages, but not on the home page or the single articles.
Event by setting visibility preferences I wasn’t able to fix that.
    Could you please help?
    Thanks

    I’m sorry about this issue.

Can you export your form so we could check it’s settings?

    Hello @davidegenco ,

Please change in Visibility rules Show if ANY of the following conditions match. Right now you have All selected and it will not work this way.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hello @davidegenco

I trust you are doing well!

Please edit an option and open Visibility tab. Where “Show” when “All” options, please change “All” to “Any”.

    Please see this screenshot:

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @davidegenco

It seems there’s some issue with homepage visibility specifically in some cases. Could you try one more thing, please?

Add yet another visibility condition (in addition to what’s set currently) – the “Specific URL” condition and first try with it set to “ALl URLs except” with URL field below left empty and if that still doesn’t work, set it to “Only these URLs” and put a full URL of the homepage there.

    Note please:
    – keep the “Show when ANY” as it is
    – when adding homepage URL, add full URL including http or https prefix, despite what the option description says.

    Best regards,
    Adam

I tried all of that, but nothing happens.
I continuosly check the home page in an incognito tab to make sure this may not be affected by caching.
Regarding caching, I hope this malfunctioning is not caused by the Hummingbird plugin that I installed to fasten the site speed: may it affect the Hustle behaviour? Maybe that’s a common issue.
Thank you again for your support

Update: now the pop-up is working.
But I also needed to activate another pop-up, only on https://www.bossy.it/shop and related product pages and it doesn’t seem to work.

Here you can find the export for the shop Pop-up:

    Hi @davidegenco,

I can see that you followed simialar setup as Adam explained above, but his workaround should be spefici to homepage only.
Can you try making few changes in your conditions:
    1. Remove the URL condition and use only page selection
    2. You have two set of rules with first one being empty so can you try moving (re-creating) page rule in first rule group and remove the second one.

Hi, the pop-up showing in the shop page is the wrong one. I succeeded in showing the right pop-up in the other pages, but I still can’t figure out how to display the specific shop pop-up in the shop page and product pages.

    Hi @davidegenco

    Thanks for response!

I did some more testing (I’m assuming you’re using WooCommerce) and it seems you’re right – there is some “glitch” there. The closest I was able to set it up the way you need was to show it an all products and all WooCommerce pages without showing it on other pages and posts.

Settings for this are like this:

    – just one conditions group (not multiple ones as they were in your popup)
    – group set to “show when any”
    – and within the group two conditions

    a) “Products [All]”
    b) “WooCommerce Pages [All”

I think this might need to be reviewed by our developers too but could you please give it a try that setting and see if it works for you and is closer to what you wish to achieve?

    Best regards,
    Adam

Thanks, that solved the issue on single product pages. The only page left now still not working is the main shop archive page (I also tried to activate all other Woocommerce templates in the conditions area). Anyway I think you can consider this ticket closed, I think this is enough to me at the moment. Thank you for your kind support
