Using Custom fields to input post content, title, publish date

I’m looking to create a form to make a simplified customized post submission system where a user can select from a drop down a specific entry that would map to the post title, a drop down that would map to the content of the post, and the ability for the user to select/pick the date the post would be published. I also would additionally like to have a date picker that would map to the plugin Publish Press Future (https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-expirator/) automatic unpublish ability setting that is added to posts (or alternately, any way to have the post be removed at a specific time in the future selected by the user).

essentially I want the entire content of the post be controlled without user text input. Is this possible using this plugin?
