  • I have tested the Chrome and Safari versions of browser on iOS – java is enabled.

    In chrome no buttons, no ‘might also like’ or ‘edit button’ in backend. In Safari – only buttons show.

    On OSX all ok.

    I need this to work on mobile devices – if we can’t get this fixed in next few days – I will need to move to another solution.

    Hi @didier77,

    I apologize for the delay. I didn’t catch your response. We have created a bug ticket with your issue from a new thread that was opened by you recently. I’ve been able to verify and our engineers are looking into the problem.

    Just to make sure that another plugin isn’t somehow interfering with our buttons, please disable any other active plugins (clear any caches in your caching plugins before deactivating them) and empty your browser cache, then check to see if the problem is still present.

    I just want to make sure we document the problem fully (in case there is another plugin we need to test alongside). Thanks for looking into this for us 🙂

    @kblundy,

    There are two bug tickets in our system awaiting further investigation concerning the backend and the frontend issues you have reported.

    For your personal reference and future correspondence, the ticket codes are:

    PLG-466 (backend editing capability)
    PLG-467 (frontend app visibility)

    @c Reign,

    Sorry to be unclear. In fact, it is a new incident (ticket ID = PLG-462). See http://wordpress.org/support/topic/only-facebook-icon-displayed-in-main-page.

    For me, this ticket can be closed also.

    Thanks for your help.

    After updating to our latest release and emptying all caches, is anyone still having trouble with unresponsiveness of the Edit buttons in Safari/Chrome iOS? [This concerns ticket PLG-466 backend fuunctionality]

    UPDATE:

    We have confirmed an issue with Internet Explorer — where clicking on the “edit” button in the Shareaholic admin panel in WordPress is not doing what it is supposed to. All other browser are working at this time (please let us know if not so).

    The team is working on a fix for Internet Explorer (IE) and should have it out shortly!
