I checked your page and I can see the testimonial’s title is displayed above the quotation marks. Is it the same on your end?
However, it seems there is something interfering with the plugin and the styling of Strong Testimonials is missing.
Can you please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ ?
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only this plugin and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins and a default theme.

Also I have activated google captcha. I have inserted the site and secret keys but it does not work. The captcha works on all the other forms on my website. I am getting spam through the reviews form.

Are you still having that issue with the title? I went again to your page and I can see the title.
As for the captcha, at the moment, Strong Testimonials’ form only works with our extension, this one: https://strongtestimonials.com/extensions/captcha/

I have deactivated and deleted the templates extension and it works ok now.
Is there a way of showing the date the reviews were left?
It would be good if new customers could see how recent the reviews are.

You can display the date by going to Testimonials > Views > edit your view > scroll down to Custom Fields > add new > select ‘post_date’ from the drop-down > save.
