The GD and cURL PHP extensions must be installed on your host. Also make sure that your /wp-content/uploads/ directory is writable (chmod 777).

Changed hosting – everything works OK. Great plugin. Thanks.

hi there cyber. i’m experiencing the same prob. upon your advice i checked my wamp tray and i can see that _gd2 and _curl is ‘checked’ as enabled (under PHP extensions). So that is fine (im assuming)?.

i also checked my permissions on the /uploads/ folder and (Windows 7) have done a right-click properties -> security (tab) etc and changed permission to ‘Full control’, but when i go back to the cybersin -> RSS/Atom Syndicator and re-import / syndicate my 3rd party xml feed, it brings the posts in, but when i check the uploads folder…….nothing (cached refreshed as well still nothing) — dunno if i did it the correct way though? please verify?.

here is an example of an instance in the xml file i am pulling (btw, when i alter the plugin settings to bring the image into the post body, it works —- so its just when i try to store the images locally):

Title

http://blahblahbah</link>

any help would be GREATLY appreciated

Since the image is included as an enclosure, you have to enable the “Media attachments” option.
