OK,I have around 12 different custom sidebars. Each of my blog posts will have a different set of widgets.

But, it is already very slow inside admin when I am adding (drag and drop) custom widgets. In chrome is faster than in Firefox.

What will happen once I have 100 or 150 ? Someone tested that?

Hello fdestiny,

We had some users with that amount of sidebars where is was working well on their sites.

Can you provide more information about your server? What type of server it is – shared hosting or vps (if shared what company)? What PHP version?

You can try increasing memory limits https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/increase-memory-limit/ and see if this will speed things up.

I am using virtual dedicated server

Memory limits provided by wordpress support has been increased.
