Can you tell me how can I see a popup on your page because it doesn’t show up for me?
Also, I see that you have another form on your homepage that also uses MailChimp connection so it’s possible that there’s a conflict with two plugins trying to use MC API at the same time.
Can you try disabling that other plugin so we can see if that’s the issue?

Hi! I am having the same issue as @csn1234. People were able to sign up using my Hustle Version 6.0.9 pop up until last night. I was using ChimpMail as my collection service and it was working great upon install and configuration. I live-tested the pop-up and the collection method worked beautifully.
Last night visitors started receiving an error reading “the email address is already subscribed.” I double checked my ChimpMail database and they were not in there. I also tested using an email address I once used under a now-current domain, one I KNOW I never used to subscribe, and I still received the error.
My temporary solution is to use “Hustle” as my collection method, however, this will create ongoing difficulties as several of us in different offices rely on a current ChimpMail database.
Specifics:
WordPress 5.2.1 running Divi theme
Hustle Version 6.0.9
No new plugins installed since successful configuration and use of Hustle.

Google Analytics
Mail Chimp for WordPress
Monogui Authorship

I absolutely love this pluggin – it is beautiful! I would love to use it rather than an actually ChimpMail form and if we can get it working I plan to soley only Hustle going forward. It’s a great plugin!!

It shows on the page after 15 seconds. It will only show 2 times (then you have to delete your cookies).
I have now disabled the other plugin.

Please run a test for conflict with another plugin, as described in this thread:

Just in case, please run a backup of your site, so if something will go wrong, you can restore the site.
