    We don’t have any issues with our plugin’s performance. Kindly, check your server’s performance.

    The peformance issues are common for large import in wordpress and you can read related topics in wordpress codex itself. This is normally depends on you server side settings and limitations for shared hosting etc rather than plugin side.

    Try to tune these settings to support larger imports. And we are working for version 3.5 hope it will be great with performance improvements.
