Popup didn;t work on mobile

    I use enable popup, setting POP-UP DISPLAY CONDITIONS to all page and Only on mobile devices, but I use the mobile didn’t work. How does it trigger exit when on mobile?

    Hey @freefree8,

    Hope you’re well.

    The “Exit Intent” trigger only works with a desktop. Because it triggers based on cursor position. Can you try with other trigger methods and please let me know the results for them?

    Hope all is well!

    Exit intent is triggered when a mouse leaves a browser window. I am afraid there is no other method do trigger popup on when a user leaves website on a mobile device.
