    Hi,

    You have few options :
    1/ Set ticket visibility to all registered users. Contributors would still only be able to edit only their own tickets.
    2/ If ticket visibility is set to ticket author and admins only, you could use the additionnal read only capability and grant it to specific users to allow them to view all tickets but they won’t be able to update these.
    3/ If ticket visibility is set to ticket author and admins only, use adminize plugins to restrict access to some areas of the administration if you want. You can also ask me for specific custom code that will lock some users into the frontend so that they are admins but only available to see the frontend.
