    MinePress is well under way!

    • Dynmap Integration: I just finished Dynmap integration, in part thanks to WordPress user onkoistudios for the donation of a test server for me to work with.
    • Validator: Validator should now work across all server platforms. Additionally it no longer requires the pesky url-file-access function.
    • Votifier Integration: The backend for working with Votifier is mostly finished, just have to write the actual display components.
    • MineQuery Integration: My original plans for MineQuery integration are no longer relevant, as Minecraft server itself now includes this functionality… so unfortunately that module will have to be rewritten.

Are you using the standard login page (/wp-admin) or the BP login widget? McV only works on the standard login page. However, when MinePress is released (it’s coming up quick by the way…), it will support login through widgets as well.

Is there also a Forum implemented. If so It would be PERFECT and I will donate 10$ For this great work I really appreciate it all your work. Dang man. It looks so epic. Just everything is in there. AAAGGHHH man I can’t wait till it’s released. ๐Ÿ˜€

    GREAT JOB!!

@creep_freak… MinePress itself doesn’t supply a forum, but it is designed to work natively with, and integrate into, both bbPress and BuddyPress. Thanks for the words of encouragement! ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you have any idea how long it will take untill it’s released? I’m mean like wich month. I know u can’t add a specific date but what do u think? ๐Ÿ˜›
Seriously I can’t wait it looks so promesing and I need it it’s one of a kind

@creep_freak… it’s not quite as extensive as I want (I’m hoping for at least two more modules for first release), but technically it could be released as soon as I finish the website.

Minor update… MinePress now has an integrated Minecraft login notifier… if the Minecraft login server is down, let your users know before they try to log in!

    Thanks for the reply!
I was not using the built in register, Buddypress was using /register/ So I guess that’s its own.
Will you have a php function/class/api to call on parts of your plugin?
I know php aswell and was going to make a plugin for http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/beardstat/ This even comes with all the php to output, so it would just involve tidying up the code for a WordPress Plugin, If you haven’t though about implementing in a statistics program like this, it would make a superb feature, then no worries and I will code together a wordpress friendly stand alone version of the scripts included with BeardStat.

/edit Also, will this rely on connecting to the minecraft Login servers to log a user in? because that would be limiting, the first register could check to make sure the account was theirs/account exits then login using credentials in the wp database.

Really looking forward to this Plugin, Thanks for the support.

Sorry for the long wait… Somehow I got unsubscribed from my own thread! Can you contact me offsite? I’d love to discuss your plugin with you.

Hello. I would gladly tell them what I want for a plugin. A user should register with his real nickname of Minecraft. After this must be an admin to unlock it. Then the user mail is sent. If he is logged in. Can he write to the server in a chat. Ingame it is displayed as: <web_USERNAME>. And it would be nice if there is a log that records the validation. Is that possible? We used a Minecraft Forge server and the website is on the same server. Sorry for my English.
