Hi @tamminj3 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Stripe uses webhook events to communicate success or failure of payment back to your site. In that regard, it is important that you have completed the Setting up Webhooks for Stripe and Tickets Commerce (if you haven’t already done so), as this would be how Stripe authenticates itself to your site when sending the event or communication.

Hi @tamminj3
We just released a new version of our plugin addressing the issue you reported where asynchronous payment methods in Stripe were not updating the payment status to “Completed” in the plugin.
Please update our plugins to the latest versions to apply the fix to your site.
As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first and ensuring you have a recent backup. For guidance on setting up a staging site, visit: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/
Please update to the latest versions of the plugins and let us know if this issue is resolved for you.
