Yep I am the same. The comment box does not show up on any pages, though the gaps at the bottom of the post is there, no comment box.
monkeybrains – it seems to be showing fine for me on both those posts you linked to – did you do anything to fix it ?
Only I have just noticed that the FB comments box is now not working on any of my newly written posts – nothing appears at all. But on my older posts everything seems OK.
(As for actual PAGES, I don’t think this plugin has ever added a comment box to any of my site pages – is it supposed to ?)

There doesn’t seem much support for this plugin now, which is a shame. Maybe everyone has gone off to use the official FB plugin now ? (But does that backup comments into the WP database like this one is supposed to do ?)
EDIT – UPDATE –
This is very strange – using IE’s console view, my older posts that show the comments box (albeit without any comments !) do not give an error.
But the 2 new posts that I have just written, that do not show the comments box, show this error –
LOG: FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init()
Can anyone help me enabling this plugin? I can’t get it to work. I didn’t find any reference about other plugins or themes compatibility. I’m using wordpress 3.5 pt-BR.
