    I just installed Hustle onto my website which is using WP theme PerfectBlog. When I go to create a slide in, nothing will save and it won’t allow me to finish the set up. I have tried clearing both browser and server cache, I have updated to the latest version of WP and I’ve even disable any plugins that I think might be clashing with it.

    I’m at a complete loss! Help!!!

  • Could you try running one more test for me? Please activate a default theme to see if this is being caused by a conflict with your theme. We’ll be looking for your reply. Thanks!

    Hope you are doing well!

    Please let us know, are you creating Email Opt-in or a Custom Content item?

    I can’t replicate the issue from my end. Please deactivate all the plugins except Hustle, switch to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Seventeen) and enable debug.log.

    To enable debug.log please add the following lines to the wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Please make sure that you insert these lines above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */.

    Navigate to Hustle > Custom Content/Email Opt-in and try to replicate the same issue. After this, please locate the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    Please share here the content of the debug.log file.
