Hi @abdulhakeem0
In order to support you through this, I need some information from you.
- What is the size of the media that you’re trying to upload?
- Have you installed any security plugin that has limited your upload size?
- Are you using Cloudflare or any other similar services? They also limits the file upload size.
- What is your file maximum upload size? You can check it by going to Media >> Add New in your WordPress Admin Area: https://prnt.sc/u8blp0
Many hosts keep maximum upload size low by default. You can try to increase it using this or this tutorial.

Hi @abdulhakeem0
Thanks for the information.
This may be also because of a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate (don’t delete them) all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the “Troubleshooting” tab, you can click the button “Enable Troubleshooting Mode” to disable all plugins and switch to the default theme, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
