Thanks for clarifying that and I’m sorry for any continuing issue with that. We’ve actually got a temporary workaround we’ll be posting here shortly:

We’ll gladly assist with those particular matters through those threads but we’re looking to get an update asap to get this sorted for you as easily as possible.
