Hello I want to test this plugin but Id like to have the chat button on top of the screen and to change the “contact us” text and write something like live chat or something.
Is it possible to customize?

Yes you can customize button whatever you like. Just go to your LiveAgent panel and then go
Configuration -> Chat -> Chat button and click Edit on button you want to customize.
