Here is the basic guide:
1. Unzip to the directory /wp-content/plugins/liveagent
2. Activate LiveAgent plugin
3. Create trial account or install LiveAgent on your own server
4. Set account user credentials in menu “LiveAgent”
5. Go to menu LiveAgent. Choose the button you’d like to have online on your website and click Save.
6. Go to the LiveAgent admin panel and start answering chats and emails from your website visitors.
