You lost me.. it wanted me to download another contact form to you.
so it isnt compatible with my pre installed contact form 7

Our Captcha plugin is compatible with our Contact Form plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-plugin/.
As for the compatibility with Contact Form 7, it is a feature of Captcha Pro – http://bestwebsoft.com/products/captcha/.
