I have an embed that should be showing everywhere (there are no visibility conditions set) but for some reason it is not showing up on certain pages. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern to the types of pages it appears on. It appears on some post but not others, some static pages, but not others, etc.

I trust you are doing well!

I’ve visited your site and looks like an embed opt-in is showing up on pages and not on posts. Please edit an opt-in and, go to the Visibility, add Post and Pages conditions and save the changes. It should look like this:
