    Mailchimp integrated and working. But when I opt in, and go to the next page the popup will show again.
    Also I can’t redirect to a thanks page after signing up.

    Hope you’re doing well!

    I can confirm that after a user signs up for a newsletter, the popup showing up again. I’ve reported this to our developers so they can have a closer look.

    As a workaround, please enable the following options:
    – Add ‘Never see this message again’ link
    – Close button acts as ‘Never see this message again’ link

    With these settings set, once the visitor will close the popup, it will not show up again:

    As for the “Thank you” message, the popup is not redirecting to a new page out of the box. It’s showing up right after a visitors submits an email.

    Would you please confirm that it’s showing this message from your end?

    If it is not, would you please share a link to your site here?

    Please advise.

    It should affect you as admin. Make sure “Expires” is set to more than 1 day.

    Please run a quick test for a conflict with other plugins.
    – Deactivate all other plugins,
    – Switch to a default WordPress plugin
    – Try to close the popup as logged out user
    – If everything is well, activate one plugin at the time, while testing the popup. Make sure to clear browser’s cache each time before testing.
