  • I Have exactly the same Question as tribalmaggot,

I too extend my thanks in advance, great example TM 🙂

I am currently using the “Image Widget” but also need it to change per page.
Found “Custom-Widget” that enables you to say which widget displays on which page, but the widget itself must still be able to display different images in different pages.

    Hope someone can solve this.

You might want to try a featured image widget (Although I usually code the featured images in the template myself)

That way you can set a featured image from the page it will display in the widget.

I haven’t tried any of these plugins. But here is a search of “Feature Image Widgets” and it might be a good place to start.

You can use Display Widgets https://wordpress.org/plugins/display-widgets/ in conjunction with Image Widget to get what you want. You set up multiple instances of Image Widget in the sidebar widget area, each with the appropriate image, then use “show when checked” to select the page(s) where that version of Image Widget displays. An alternative to Display Widgets is the Visibility module in Jetpack. Does the same thing.
