date format

wp project manager version 0.4.3:

I need to format date fields when creating / editing a To do or Milestone from mm/dd/YYYY to dd/mm/YYYY.

What do I need to change and where, without corrupting dates already input? Is it cpm_date2mysql in functions.php ?
