Thank you for reaching out! I tried it on my end but I cannot replicate the same issue.
It may be an incompatibility with the theme or another plugin.
Can you please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ ?
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only ST and see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty for example) and no other plugins.

Hi,
i still experience the problem in troubleshoot mode.
again, the area where the plugin is used is near the end of this page above the Wolt logo.
when dragging the testimonials right or left after a while we get empty area.

Can you please send me a screenshot with your view’s settings? You can use a service like Gyazo, Imgur, Pastebin, or Dropbox.
We want to double check this and replicate this on our end to see if it’s a bug from the plugin or something else interfering with it.
